DELIVERY
Delivery is available throughout the mainland UK at a fixed price of £8.50 plus vat. Orders over £500 will be delivered free of charge. On receipt of your order we will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date and time. Delivery will normally be 2 to 3 working days from the clearance of payment. During busy periods, orders received through our website www.towelrads.com will receive preferential delivery.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
For sizeable orders we can offer even better prices on all our ranges of stylish towel radiators. Call 0870 428 1176 and ask to speak to a Sales Manager we will then be able to offer you even better rates on your towel radiators.
RETURNS
Returns are acceptable up to 15 days after delivery. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. After 15 days, returns are accepted in the event of failure only.
